2025 Women Leading Ed Summit
April 24 - 26, 2025 | Charlotte, North Carolina
In April 2023, we held our inaugural Women Leading Ed Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina, which brought together a national network of women superintendents and aspiring leaders for three days of empowering speaker sessions, meaningful dialogue, networking, collective agenda-setting, and leadership coaching.
Building on this success, our 2024 Women Leading Ed Summit attracted 140 attendees, with one-third being sitting district or state superintendents. Remarkably, across both summits, 100% of participants strongly agreed that attending was a valuable use of their time, and they gained knowledge and skills to become better leaders as a result of their participation.
Looking ahead, we are thrilled to announce that the next Women Leading Ed Summit will be held from April 24-26, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina. This annual event will continue to provide participants with targeted learning and peer connections that are currently unrivaled across the country, empowering women in education leadership to excel in their roles and drive positive change in their communities.
