The power of women to lead.
Women make up nearly 80% of the teaching workforce but hold only 30% of superintendent roles. This disparity is a missed opportunity. The talent and experience needed to lead are already here. It’s time to unlock that potential and allow women to lead with vision and command.
Advocacy for change.
We advocate for policies that support and elevate women in education leadership. This includes family-friendly policies, transparent hiring, and leadership development programs. We push for fair and accessible opportunities at every level of education.
The strength of collective action.
When women lead together, we are stronger. Our network spans all 50 states, with over 500 women in top education leadership roles, advocating for policies that prioritize women and sharing best practices to drive meaningful change.
